Required Pre-Payment: A 7-night, non-refundable pre-payment of $289.66 with tax included per intern, is required immediately after accepting the terms of the online contract. Pre-payment will go towards final rent due. Pre-payment is accepted online through credit or debit card, or web check.
Remainder of rent and due date will be stated in an email along with acceptable method of payment. For individual interns, remainder of rent due date is 3 days prior to check-in; for companies sponsoring interns, it is 10 days prior to the first intern's check-in.
Parking is available and free of additional charge, if selected online during pre-registration. Otherwise, a pass can be purchased from the Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation Office upon your arrival.
Additional Fees and Cancelations
Required, non-refundable application fee is $50.00 (One-Time Fee) due immediately after accepting the terms of the online contract.
Cancellations: Refunds, excluding pre-payment and application fee, will be made when GT Conference Services is notified in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) of cancellation, at least 24 hours in advance of check-in.
Once dates of stay have been selected and terms of contract agreed upon, there are no refunds for late arrivals, and/or early departures.
If additional charges apply following check-out, interns or company/organization will be charged accordingly on a case-by-case basis. If charges are to company, individual intern must acknowledge in writing all additional costs that will be charged to sponsoring company after check-out.
