**Lodging rate includes single occupancy bedroom in apartment-style accommodations, all utilities within apartment and wireless internet.
Payment
Required Pre-Payment: A 7-night, non-refundable pre-payment of $430.59 with tax included per intern, is required immediately after accepting the terms of the online contract. Pre-payment will go towards final rent due. Pre-payment is accepted online through credit or debit card, or web check.
Remainder of rent and due date will be stated in an email along with acceptable method of payment. For individual interns, remainder of rent due date is 3 days prior to check-in; for companies sponsoring interns, it is 10 days prior to the first intern's check-in.
