For interns, our fully furnished, apartment-style housing provides everything you need to make the most of your internship experience. With Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, laundry, and utilities all included, you'll have the perfect space to relax and recharge after a long day on the job. Our Midtown location is ideal, with many top companies nearby and public transit just a few blocks away. Whether you're working for a major business or a startup, you'll find yourself in the center of Atlanta's professional hub.

When you're not working, the vibrant city of Atlanta offers countless dining and entertainment options. Explore iconic spots like the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and the World of Coca-Cola all within walking distance from your home away from home.

For parents, we understand that choosing housing for your student is a big decision, and we want to reassure you that your child's safety and well-being are our highest priorities. Our gated North Avenue Apartments are secured with 24/7 support from Georgia Tech's fully staffed police department, along with on-call assistance from our Conference Services team. In addition to security, your student will enjoy access to amenities like a fitness center, outdoor volleyball courts, BBQ grills, and a dining hall just steps away from their residence.
